Everyone in the community is welcome to get involved in our Adult Programme.
Your playing ability and experience will determine which part of the programme suits you best.
Coaching courses
There are 3 levels of Coaching Courses for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced players.
Adult Social Sessions
Adult Social Sessions mainly involve organised doubles matches. They are a good way of getting to know other players in Hackney. The playing standard and age range is very wide!

• Coaching sessions: for those players who have just started playing the game and/or find it difficult to
maintain a rally. The course is suitable for players who have very little or no knowledge of the game.

Social sessions can be booked on a seasonal basis, but places are limited. It is possible to book a ‘drop-in’ place on these sessions, but only if there is availability on the day.

If you are looking for more competitive tennis we have Mens and Ladies Teams competing in the Middlesex and Aegon Leagues; Mens and Ladies Team Training and Mens and Ladies Ladders.
