Summer season holiday camps 2012

Bookings for our popular summer holiday programme will be taken from June onwards.

Booking forms are also available from the Tennis Office. It is advisable to check availability with the Tennis Office before making a booking.

Terms and conditions of booking

• All courses should be booked and paid for in advance.
• A credit note will be issued if more than one session in any complete course has to be cancelled due to inclement weather.
• A credit note will be issued if a player withdraws before commencement of any course.
• No refunds can be given.
• All HCTC coaches are qualified LTA licensed coaches.
• Appropriate rackets and balls will be provided for each session.
• HCTC reserve the right to cancel courses which are under-subscribed.

Summer half term camps

Tuesday, June 5th – Friday, June 8th

Clissold Park

Mini Camp (4–8 years)
10am – 12pm

Main Camp (9-15 years)
10am – 12pm

Cost: £10 per session / £30 for 4 sessions

There will be matchplay sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons 1.00 – 4.00pm.

London Fields

6-10 years
10am–12pm

Mini Camp (4–8 years)
2 sessions per day: 10am–12pm; 2pm-4pm
Only one session per day allowed .

Main camp (9-15 years)
2 sessions per day: 9am–12pm; 1-4pm

Cost: £12.50 per session / £40 for 4 sessions / £75 for 4 full days (main camp only)

Camp 1	July 23rd – 26th
Camp 2	July 30th – August 2nd
Camp 3	August 6th – 9th
Camp 4	August 13th – 16th
Camp 5	August 20th – 23rd

There will be matchplay sessions on Fridays August 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th.
