Membership

At the last Annual General Meeting in June 2011 it was decided to introduce a small annual membership fee.

Formalising our membership will allow the club to register as a CASC (Community Amateur Sports Club). This has certain tax advantages for the club.

The cost of our increased annual LTA affiliation fee and increased administration costs meant that free membership of HCTC was no longer sustainable.

For the year October 2011 to September 2012 we introduced a membership fee of £25 for adults and £5 for juniors. Membership continues to be free for ‘minis’ (under-8s).

How to become a member of Hackney City Tennis Clubs

Step 1:

• Complete an HCTC membership form, Adult or Junior (18 years & under), and take, post or email it to the Tennis Office.
• Pay your membership fee - £25 Adult, £5 Junior.
You will be sent confirmation of your membership.

Step 2:

• Go to the LTA website: www.lta.org.uk
• Click on 'MEMBERS log in here'
• Click on ' CLUB MEMBERS (all ages) - JOIN TODAY'
• Complete the application form

Remember your club is Hackney City Tennis Clubs in Middlesex.
Your British Tennis Membership number (BTM) will be emailed to you and we will be sent confirmation from the LTA.

What happens if you already have a BTM number?
After you have completed Step 1 above, log in to your profile on the LTA website. Add HCTC as your club.
